These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the entity operating the bg44 platform ("bg44", "we", "our") and any person registered on or using the platform ("User", "you", "your").

What "Platform" means
bg44's website (bg44.lat), its mobile version, and all associated digital services — through which online casino games, sports betting, and related entertainment services are provided.
What "Account" means
A personal user profile created by registering on the bg44 platform, through which the user can access all features of the platform.
What "Money" or "Balance" means
Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) held in the user's account, used to play games or place bets.
2. Account Registration
The following conditions must be met to open an account on bg44:
- Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be closed and the balance may be forfeited.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and truthful.
- bg44 may at any time request a copy of a national ID card or passport as part of the identity verification (KYC) process.
- The user is solely responsible for keeping their account username and password completely confidential.
- Allowing a third party to use your account is strictly prohibited.
- If account details need to be changed, the support team must be notified.
3. Age Limit & Eligibility
bg44 is an adult gaming platform. The following persons are not eligible to use this platform:
- Any person under the age of 21. Only those aged 21 or above are eligible to register and play on bg44.
- Those whose bg44 account has been previously closed.
- Those who have voluntarily self-excluded.
Providing false information about age will be considered a serious violation and the account will be closed immediately.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposit Rules
The following payment methods are supported for depositing funds into your bg44 account: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (via major Bangladeshi banks including Sonali Bank and Dutch-Bangla Bank).
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
- After a successful deposit, the account balance is updated instantly.
- bg44 does not charge any additional fees for deposits, however your bank or mobile financial service provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal Rules
The following conditions apply when withdrawing funds from bg44:
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
- Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.
- Wagering requirements must be met before winnings from bonuses can be withdrawn (see Section 5 for details).
- In the case of any suspicious transaction, bg44 reserves the right to suspend the withdrawal and conduct an investigation.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
Welcome Bonus
On their first deposit at bg44, users will receive a 100% welcome bonus — up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
- Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
- Example 2: Deposit ৳42,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, giving a total balance of ৳62,000.
Wagering Requirement
A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.
- Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
VIP Program & Cashback
bg44 has four VIP tiers, each with weekly cashback:
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
It is possible to progress to higher tiers gradually based on user activity and loyalty. The benefits and conditions of each tier apply separately.
6. Games & Betting
bg44 offers a variety of games and betting options, including slot games, live casino, sports betting, and much more.
- The outcome of all games is determined by a verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG).
- If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the bet for that round will be returned to the user's account.
- Odds changing in sports betting markets is normal. The odds applicable at the time a bet is confirmed are considered final.
- bg44's decision regarding any game or betting event is considered final.
- bg44 is not responsible for any internet disconnection due to technical reasons.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bg44 platform:
- Attempting to gain an unfair advantage through fraud, deception, or any other dishonest means.
- Opening multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games or place bets.
- Attempting to access another user's account without permission.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities.
- Attempting to damage the platform's systems or security infrastructure.
- Engaging in fraudulent behaviour towards other users.
- Creating an account using a false or fake identity.
8. Account Closure
Closure at the User's Request
A user may request to close their account at any time through the support team. The opportunity to complete any pending withdrawals will be provided before the account is closed.
Closure at bg44's Initiative
bg44 may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following cases:
- Violation of any clause of these Terms.
- Suspicion of fraud or deception.
- Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
- The account remaining inactive for an extended period.
Self-Exclusion

9. Responsible Gaming

- If the service is temporarily unavailable due to technical issues.
